Be the one your agents call about the market.
A branded market report that goes out under your name with the analysis already written, so your agents learn what the market is doing from you.
Show Me HowSupply climbed for a third straight month while median list price held. Sellers who price to the last thirty days of comparable sales are still moving inside a normal timeline. Those anchored to spring pricing aren't.
The $400K to $550K band is absorbing fastest. Expect competition there to tighten first.
Market knowledge is the credential that separates you.
Most title companies are known for how well they close, which is a reputation worth having. It's also the reputation every other title company in the market is competing on.
An agent who works with three title companies and hears from one of them regularly about what's happening in their market has a clear answer for which of the three understands their business. That's the company they call with a question, and the one they name when a colleague asks who they use.
You send the analysis. You get the credit.
Each report covers current conditions in the markets your agents work in, with the interpretation written out in plain language. Your agents open it, use what's in it, and connect market expertise to your name.
Built for the inbox
Your agents are in email all day. A report that opens in a tap and lays out properly on a phone fits into that without asking anything of them, so it gets read in the moment rather than set aside for later.
Every report is built natively as email. Nothing to download, nothing to open in a separate app, and it looks right whether your agent is at a desk or sitting in a car between showings.
The numbers, under your brand
Current figures pulled at send time, laid out clean, with your logo and your contact information on it.
That on its own puts a market update in front of your agents every month with your name attached to it, which is the foundation everything else here builds on.
Three sections of written interpretation
So your agents aren't left to work out the meaning on their own.
Whether pricing favors listing now, how a realistic timeline looks, and what buyers in this market are responding to.
Where negotiating room exists, whether waiting is likely to help or hurt, and which price bands are seeing the most competition.
The shifts in the market that are likely to matter over the next month, so your agents aren't caught off guard by something they should have seen coming.

Common questions
Does the report have PropOptix branding on it? +
None. Every report goes out with your logo, your colors, your contact information, and your sending domain. There's no PropOptix attribution anywhere in it, no footer credit, and no link back to us. Your agents have no reason to know a vendor was involved, which is the point. The reputation the report builds is yours.
Is it a PDF? +
No, and that's deliberate. A PDF requires a download, opens in a separate app, and usually renders at a size nobody can read on a phone. Reports are built as email, so they load in a tap and lay out properly on whatever screen your agent happens to be holding. The practical effect is that reports get read rather than saved for a later that never arrives.
Who writes the analysis? +
We do. Each report on Managed and Pro includes written interpretation of what the numbers mean for the specific markets you've selected, prepared fresh before every send. This is the part that makes a report worth opening, so it reflects what actually changed in your markets rather than the same language recycled month to month. If conditions shifted in a way that matters to a seller pricing a home right now, the report says so.
Do I get to review it before it goes out? +
Yes. You see every report ahead of its send date, so you can read it, change any of the language, or sign off early. If you'd rather not review each one, say so during setup and reports go out on schedule without you. Companies that want a light touch get one, and companies that want to control every word have that option without having to write anything from scratch.
Where does the data come from? +
A licensed real estate data provider with national listing coverage. Our agreement with them permits us to build and distribute reports from their data on your behalf, which is what makes the white label arrangement possible. You don't need your own data subscription, listing export, or any other source. We handle it.
Is this for prospecting new agents? +
Market Reports is built for the agents you already work with. Cold outreach and relationship building are different problems that need different tools, and we have separate products for that. What this does is change how your existing agents think about your company, moving you from a closing service they use to a market resource they rely on. That's a retention and depth play rather than a new business one.
How often do reports go out? +
Monthly on Lite and Managed, weekly on Pro. A monthly cadence gives each report enough new information to be worth opening, which is why it's the default. If you want to send more often than your plan includes, tell us and we'll work it out with you.
Do I need a CRM? +
No. Send us a spreadsheet of your agent contacts and we handle delivery from there. If you do have a CRM and want reports to reflect who's in it, that's possible on our Pro tier, but nothing about this product requires it.
How much of my time does this take? +
One setup call to collect your markets, your branding, and your agent list. After that, reports go out on schedule whether or not you look at them. Reviewing a report before it sends takes a couple of minutes if you want to, and skipping the review costs you nothing. Changing your markets, updating your list, or adjusting the cadence later is a message to us rather than a project on your end.
Can I see how it performed? +
Yes. You get open and click reporting on every send, broken out by agent, so you can see who's engaging with your reports and who's gone quiet. That last part is often the more useful signal, since an agent who stopped opening is worth a phone call.
What markets do you cover? +
All of them.
